The Streets Bleed Murder Box Set Page 9
Gangsta opened the blunt and starting busting it while crossing the street to Hollywood Road. Dank noticed six dudes following them.
“Man, hol’ up,” Dank said and waited for the crowd.
“What’s up, Dank?” one of the guys asked.
“Shit, try’na figure out do y’all niggas got beef wit’ my brother?” Dank asked and looked everybody in the eyes.
“Naw, bruh, naw,” the six guys spoke.
That’s when Gangsta saw BL coming toward them with two dudes his size and no Star.
“What’s up, nigga? You got a problem?” BL asked as he walked up.
The other six dudes walked off in fear of BL, who was looking at Gangsta.
“This ain’t what you want, pimp,” Gangsta said, low and humble.
“What the fuck you mean?” BL asked, and he started to step toward Gangsta, but Dank got in between them.
“Hold up, BL, don’t make no scene. Just walk past the fire station. Y’all niggas can get a head up, but ain’t no jumpin’, though.”
“That’s what’s up,” BL said with a smile and began walking in the direction Dank was talking about.
It took them five minutes to make it to the plaza on Hollywood Road. They all stepped behind the building, and that’s when Gangsta pulled out his .38. He pointed it at BL’s face and pulled the trigger.
Boom!
His two friends struck out running as BL’s body hit the ground.
“Shawty,” Dank yelled out in shock.
He didn’t even suspect his partna was strapped or would even pull a stunt such as this. Gangsta stood over BL’s body and shot him two more times.
Boom! Boom!
“Let’s dip, shawty!” Gangsta said, and then took off running in the opposite direction the two other guys ran in, and Dank followed.
“Well, Mr. Jackson, I want you to know that I will try extra hard. The case was dead docked because the witness died, but now they have Dank willing to talk, so they will try to reopen this case.
“Man, it’s too much going on, and it makes no sense,” Gangsta said out loud. “So, listen, if I so happen to leave the house—”
“They will revoke your bond,” Michael Swinn cut him off.
“And then what?” Gangsta asked as his lawyer started gathering the paperwork.
“You’ll get locked up.”
“Which they gonna do anyway.”
“Probably,” Michael Swinn stated as he stood up, and Gangsta stood up also.
“Okay, I’ll give you a call if anything changes or I have any more questions,” Gangsta said as he walked his lawyer to the door.
When he returned, Terry was seated at the kitchen table.
“So, you going back to jail again?” she asked.
“Listen,” Gangsta said as he grabbed a paper and pen. “Go to this address and get all my clothes.”
He gave her a key.
“But—” she started to say, but he interrupted her.
“Don’t question me, Terry. Just do as I ask, baby.”
“Okay,” she said while shaking her head.
Gangsta knew he could only run for three weeks, and then he would be forced to turn himself in because his mother and aunt put up their homes for his bail. Within those three weeks he needed to get shit together on the outside, because he knew if the probation hold popped up, he was sure to be sent down the road again.

NeNe
As soon as she climbed into the car, she reached for her cellphone. NeNe could not go another second without hearing Gary’s voice.
“Whoa,” he answered.
“How are you?” she asked nervously when his voice embraced her ears.
“I’m good. So, are you coming over here?”
“I’m on my way as we speak,” she said with a smile.
“Okay, ‘cause I wanna go somewhere. I’m tired of this house,” Gangsta replied.
“I thought you were on house arrest.”
If she could remember correctly, that was what the black box taped on his leg meant.
“It don’t mean I can’t leave out wit’ my girl,” he said with a slight chuckle that made her smile.
So he considers me his girl, she thought to herself as she drove, and she liked the sound of it.
“Well, I am on my way over, so I guess you’ll be ready to leave when I pull up?”
“Right.”
“Bye.”
She smiled, bit her bottom lip, and ended their conversation.
She could not ever remember feeling like this about a guy. This thing just happened so fast and felt so pure. It was as if the both of them belonged together.
All her life she’d never believed in love at first sight — up until now. She remembered the first time she ever laid eyes on him when he was asleep on her sister’s sofa.
He had a rich brown skin tone, a nice solid frame, and with his ripped muscles she knew he worked out. He wore waves in his jet-black hair with only a few strings under his chin. She watched him for only a minute and wondered who this man was. Her sister joined her in the basement and informed her the guy sleeping was Kash’s friend. Them talking had woken him up. He slowly sat up with bloodshot red eyes that locked in on her own. When he spoke and asked for Kash, she felt chills run up her spine. He had a deep voice and used a lot of slang, so she could tell he was from the city. He had two gold teeth at the top on either side of his middle teeth and two at the bottom.
NeNe was glad to take him home. Even though their conversation was small, it was good, and just being in the same car as him did something to her that felt wonderful.
Their very next encounter was the one that did it for her. She knew that what she felt the first time was real and she had fallen in love with a guy she did not know. She tried her best to play hard that night in the club, but in reality NeNe knew what she wanted. She just needed to see if he would put up a fight. Her question was, did he truly want her as she did him.
He quickly proved that night that he wouldn’t give up until he had her attention. Now here she was on her way to pick him up, yet she couldn’t reveal exactly how she felt, not just yet, because it would be too soon. Maybe he’d think she was a freak or something, so she had to hold it in.
NeNe spotted him before she even pulled into the driveway of his mother’s house. He stood on the porch decked out in Guess shorts and a tank top. She looked on with lust in her eyes at his 5’10” frame as he walked down the steps toward her car.
She couldn’t help but smile from ear to ear as he opened her door. She placed her car in park, unbuckled her seatbelt, and he pulled her out. NeNe wrapped her arms around his neck. She was standing on the tips of her toes. They shared a kiss, a very warm kiss.
“What’s up, sexy?” he asked once they stopped kissing.
“Nothing,” she said as she blushed and he let her loose. Then she asked, “Are you ready?”
“Yeah, just let me lock the door.”
NeNe watched him run inside the house and quickly back out. He jumped down the steps and ran across the yard. Her passenger’s side door opened and she saw a chrome handgun. He slid it under the seat, and then got in himself. He leaned over her console for another kiss, which she gave him. She wanted to protest herself from riding around with guns in her car, but said nothing. She just pulled off.
“Where are we heading?” she decided to ask when coming to the end of South Grand onto Bankhead.
“Make a right, and then a left,” he replied while pulling out a pocket knife.
He reached down with the blade and started to cut on the strap of the black box.
“Boy what are you doing?” NeNe asked as she made the two turns he told her to make.
She kept watching him closely.
“I’m taking this shit off,” he said.
“Why? Didn’t the courts give you that?”
Now she was confused about what was going on.
“Yeah, but they finna lock me back up. Just keep drivi
ng and I’ll explain what’s going on,” Gangsta said and tossed the box out of the window when they reached Hollywood Road.
They ended up on Johnson Road. He didn’t get out of the car. He just waved somebody over to the car from a porch.
“Say, Eric,” he called out.
The dude was sitting on the porch with a couple more guys. He came toward her car with a smile on his face from ear to ear.
“What’s up, nigga? I thought yo’ ass couldn’t come out?” the guy asked when he got to the car.
They gave each other dap.
“Shit, when did you know me to follow the law?” Gangsta asked and took the blunt Eric was smoking out of his hand.
He hit it and passed it back.
“What’s good, though?”
“This,” Gangsta said and reached up to Eric’s neck and touched a chain with a chicken foot hanging as a charm. “I need to holla at dem people.”
Gangsta was speaking of a root doctor, better known as voodoo.
***
Gangsta was lying back on NeNe’s bed watching TV while she took a shower. He had just recently gotten off the phone with Ms. Doc. She was a root doctor, and she agreed to meet him the next day.
The wall clock read 10:30 p.m., and he wondered how mad his mother and aunt were about what he did. He badly wanted to call, but decided against it. He did leave his mother a letter explaining that he was gonna turn himself in once the three weeks were up. He told her he had a lot of business to handle. He said not to worry about him and that he was sorry.
Gangsta said he would also give his lawyer a call to inform him that he would be turning himself in after three weeks were up and he was not going on the run. Gangsta had plans to run his money up as fast as possible, because he knew deep down he would need it, and most of all Kash would also need his help.
When NeNe entered the room, she killed his train of thought. She was wearing some baby blue boy shorts and a yellow tank top. She smiled at the way he stared her down.
“What?” she asked while climbing into bed under the covers.
“You and, umm—” he started to say, but didn’t. He was eyeing her up and down and let his eyes do the talking.
“Boy, hush,” she shot back, and Gangsta leaned over to kiss her.
Just as they began to kiss, her phone started ringing.
Gangsta tried to stop her from answering, but she did anyway. She found out it was Kash calling collect, so she accepted it.
“Hello,” she said once the call was connected.
“What’s up, sis? Where is my wife?” Kash asked.
“She not here, but yo’ buddy is. Hold on.”
NeNe passed Gangsta the phone as he pulled at the covers, trying to get a good look at her half-naked body, but he failed due to her holding the covers tight.
“’Sup, boy?” he asked when he took the phone.
“Shit, you, man. Bruh, Dank playing some fucked up games,” Kash stated.
“Tell me ‘bout it.”
“Yeah, well, I need a favor, shawty. Send Erica down here and I’ma tell her to tell you. I can’t talk over the phone like this. Ya feel me?” Kash asked, and from the tone of his voice, Gangsta knew what he was trying to say.
“Yeah, I’ll do that.”
“Why you not at the house though, fool. I thought you been on house arrest.”
“I cut dat shit off. Pussy-ass Dank got these folks opening up another case, bruh.”
“Pussy-ass nigga trippin’,” Kash said into the phone.
“You got money on da books?”
“Yeah, I’m straight. So, you going on the run?”
“Nah, I just needed a few weeks to hit these streets before trial starts. In three weeks I’ma turn myself in,” Gangsta replied.
The two friends talked the entire fifteen minutes nonstop, and then they got off the phone. NeNe took that time to lay her head on his shoulder.
“Want something to eat?” she asked.
“I’m straight.”
“Wanna talk about it?”
“Nah.”
“Oh, okay. Well, are you gonna get in this bed and hold me?”
She raised her head from his shoulder and looked into his eyes. This was one of the very first times they ever really locked eyes. He saw pure intentions in her. He saw that she wanted to be there. She felt for him what he felt for her. He saw it clear as day. Gangsta was 100% positive, and he realized at that moment he was in love.
Gangsta pulled her up to him and their lips met. Their tongues touched and spoke to each other. He slid his hand under her tank top to pull it off. NeNe pulled away and looked at him a moment, and then she pulled the tank top over her head herself. He exposed a nice set of firm breasts with brown nipples that stood at attention. She helped him out of his shirt, unbuckled his belt, unzipped his Guess shorts, and pulled his shorts down. Gangsta stood up and kicked off his shoes. NeNe took the free time to lay back herself and pull her shorts off to reveal a pretty pussy. As Gangsta moved between her legs, she spread them. They kissed once more, and then he moved down to her neck. She moaned when his tongue embraced her flesh.
“Gary,” she whispered as he went to her breasts and sucked each nipple with great passion.
She held his head as Gangsta made love to her chest.
“Gary,” she moaned again as he slid down her flat stomach, planting wet kisses all over her.
He moved down to her pussy, which, due to the foreplay, was soaking wet. He kissed NeNe there once, twice, and then he drove his tongue into her.
“Shit,” NeNe said as she rolled her hips at the feeling she’d never felt before.
No man had been there in that way before. Gangsta stopped and kissed her inner thigh and down to the back of her knee. Then he moved to her small, pretty toes. He sucked each toe into his mouth. She gripped the sheets as her body shook. After making love to both feet, Gangsta moved back to her pussy. He stuck two fingers into her tightness and sucked her clit into his mouth. He moved his tongue from side to side.
“Gary, Gary,” she yelled as she rolled her hips. “Oh, my good God.”
She tried to roll from under him, but he had her locked as the orgasm burst through her entire body. She held his head with both hands and shook until she thought she had died. Gangsta, now fully between her legs, pressed his hardness into her center and started to slide inside her warmth. It hurt her a bit, though she arched her back.
They kissed, and she sucked her own juices off his tongue. He went in, out, in, out, deeper and deeper until she tried to run from the pain.
“NeNe.”
“Yes.”
“I’m in love,” Gangsta admitted and went to work on her.
They made love for an hour straight, then he came with loud moans and jerks inside her.
He was woken even before his eyes opened. A slight smile painted his face as he thought of last night. Even with his eyelids closed, he felt the sun embrace the room. It was bouncing through the window, off the walls, and down to both of their naked bodies. He could feel NeNe pressed against him. It gave him a major hard on. He turned his head slightly to see her sleeping peacefully with her back to him and hair all over her beautiful face.
Gangsta rubbed his hardness between her warm thighs. She did not move, so he positioned himself and started to move his dick up and down between her pussy lips. He felt her wetness, heard her breathing get heavy, and then he entered her. NeNe arched her back and turned her head to look at him. She took hold of his hand on her hip. She squeezed it, then pulled it around to her stomach. She rested her head on the pillow as Gangsta moved in and out of her wetness. She was so warm on the inside, and so tight around him that it felt like heaven. He kissed the back of her neck, then bit down on her shoulder. He pushed deep into her, and with one motion he rolled her onto her stomach while still inside her. He placed either hand on the outside of her shoulders and went deep into her.
“Shit, baby,” she said as she pulled at the sheets she had gripped i
n her hand with her face deep into the pillow.
Gangsta found a motion and kept a steady pace. He hit a corner wall every now and then, which made her moan a little louder.
After she came with a loud scream into the pillow, Gangsta sped up until his cum poured out. He pushed as far as he could go and laid there, tired from a morning round one.

NeNe
She woke for the second time of the morning, but this time Gangsta was not in the comfort of her bed. Something also told her she was extra late for school. She got out of the bed naked to find her panties and tank top. She put them both on, then her robe, and proceeded to the living room to find there was no Gangsta. NeNe walked to the front window and pulled the blinds back to see her car also missing.
She headed back to retrieve her cell phone to call him, but quickly noticed his keys and money was on her coffee table. As she began to get upset, she walked back into her bedroom. She began to wonder if he would be back in time for her to go to work. She also wondered where he was and what he was doing in her car. She sat on the bed and noticed that there was a note and some money by the clock on her nightstand. She picked the note up and read:
Hey, beautiful, I had to run out for a minute and did not wanna wake the peace I saw upon you. I left some money for Kash, so give it to his girl. I’ll be back.
Gary
P.S. Breakfast is on me.
Chapter 10
Gangsta
“You must turn yourself in, Mr. Jackson. This is not good,” Michael Swinn said.
“Man, I told you I am not running. I ain’t going nowhere. I just got bizness to handle before I get tied down. Niggas owe me, and dats money I’ma need to pay yo’ firm with,” Gangsta stressed through the phone.
“Listen, I’m tell—”
“No, you look,” Gangsta cut him off, “I hear what you saying, but hear me. I am not about to turn myself in until three weeks is up, point blank.”
“Mr. Jackson, just let me do my job.”
“Yeah, do what I paid you to do.”
